Pro Housekeepers Denver Jon Tavarez Threatened to sue me because I left a bad review. They no called and no showed during scheduled time. Very unprofessional and refuses to help to correct the situation. Denver Colorado
We scheduled cleaning for a move out in a rental unit. They were supposed to show up at 12:00PM on June 30th and they blew us off. Said they had scheduling problems and they would be a couple hours late. They NEVER showed. I asked multiple times if they were coming and nobody ever got back to us. I ended up cleaning my rental for 4 hours all by myself. They showed up the next morning, on the 1st of July. (We no longer leased the property at this point.)
They never called in advance to let me know they were on their way, as they said they would. The landlord of the property was very angry with me because they went into the home without MY approval.
Owner Jon Tavarez has threatened to sue me if I do not take down my review. This review is 100% correct and true. Jon also recorded me without my consent on his private phone number. Instead of trying to resolve matters he would rather threaten me with legal action...
PLEASE do not do business with this company so you don't have to go through the same trouble we went through.
