I sent 400 images to Pro Image Edit to be edited with their color correction service that according to their website includes:

I also paid extra .3 per image for image straightening and cropping where necessary. I got back images that were not color corrected, highlights were not adjusted, the color temperature was off, and they were very dull. The images were also not straightened leaving some of the horizons off in the images.
When I contacted them about my disapproval they did not respond. I contacted paypal to file a dispute. In the midst of the dispute they contacted me about doing a new order for free. Why would have I them do a new order free when I still need the original 400 images done correctly? Paypal said this is not covered under paypal protection, and now the Pro Image Edit is not responding at all again.
I am out about $100, and still have 400 images to edit with clients waiting. I looked into outsourcing to save time and it turned into a major headache that made the situation worse. I am sharing this in hopes to protect someone else from falling for their scam. I showed the edits provided to several other professional photographers to get their opinion and to make sure I was not being overly picky. They were floored at the quality of the edits and said someone untrained in lightroom or photoshop could do much better.
I sent this company examples of the edits I needed before starting the project and after I received back edits I was not happy with and still do not have what I paid for. They stole my hard earned money! As a small business owner I cannot image treating a client in this manner.

Buyer beware! this company is STEALING- they have found a loophole in the paypal buyer protection with their editing service. They do not provide professional edits and have VERY poor communication. Another photographer I know used their service and had the same experience as me. Poor editing, inconsistant, and did not even get the whitebalance right.
I am still out my money and never revieved corrected images.

Hi there,
we provide post production services to professional photographers. before they could actually place the Order we do a free sample trial for them. Once they are sarisfied they place the actual Order. The same thing happened with this case. We did the job and the job was not satisfactory to the client. as our policy we provide unlimited revision which means we will make teh changes till the client is satisfied. there is no refund policy due to distal nature of the files. cx also file a claim with paypal which we won and the amount was added to our account. After this also we sent an email to the client stating we are raedy to work on the job as it is our policy. the refund is not possible.
