Complaint Review: Pro Jet Power Washers

In January of 2005 I ordered a projet power washer and accesories totaling $1400.00. Was promised delivery within 2 weeks.

After three weeks, I called Pro Jet in late January to inquire about my order. Was informed that there was a back order on parts and that I would recieve my power washer in 2 weeks.

In late Feburary I called again to check my order and was given the same story so I asked for a refund. Pro Jet took my information to send my a refund. I have not heard form them sence and never recieved a refund.

Now You can not contact them in any way. Won't answer the phone and there weh site is no longer availabnle.
