Complaint Review: Pro Lead Services Inc.

Pro Lead Services, Inc. My Marketing Company, Premier Survey Leads, Inc., R. DALE ENTERPRISES, INC., Supreme Leads, Apex Leads FRAUD, DECEPTION, FALSE PROMISES AND TOTAL LACK OF PERFORMANCE. An 'Advance Fee' in the amount of $995.00 paid (by Check) to Pro Lead Services for a Direct Transfer Lead campaign which was to begin F Plantation, Florida

On February 6, 2012, I  codntracted with Ms. Corey Simon, Pro Lead Services, Inc., for 205 Direct Transfer Insurance Leads for which I paid Pro Lead Services, Inc. an advance fee (by check) in the amount of $995.000.  This check was deposited into a Chase account belonging top R. Dale Enterprises, Inc. on February 6, 2012.  Over the past five (5) months there have been  numerous faxes, e-mails, and phone calls from me requesting that my campaign begin.  Sadly, all I get back from Pro Lead Services are excuses as to why my campaign has not begun.....few, if any callbacks and not a single reply or acknowledgement to ANY of my requests for services. 

A letter demanding services or refund was mailed to the company's Plantation, Florida address on 05/10/2012 (CERTIFIED MAIL/ RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED), but delivery was unsuccessful and the letter was returned.   Numberous other Fax and E-Mail requests for services or refund have been made over the past five (5) months, but all to no avail

I get nothing from this company, and lately I find they have started answering the phone 'My Marketing Company' and when i ask to speak to my contacts (Corey Simon and Karen Holman) I am immediately disconnected
.  Clearly, this is a case of take the money and run and truly I do not believe that Pro Lead Services EVER intended to fulfill my contract with them for the 205 Direct Transfer Insurance Leads. 

I am a Senior citizen, Age 76, and on a limited and fixed income.  I would like to use every means at my disposal to RECOVER my advance payment of $995.00 and/or begin to see fulfillment on the 205 Direct Call Transfers promised. 
  With all of the AKA'S I'm found for this company, it would apprear that Pro Lead Services, Inc. has been in the RIPOFF lane for some time now and it is time that they are held accountable for their actions.
