Pro Logistix Tampa FL a staffing agency refuses suitible work to qualified african american males.   On March 8th 2016 i was offered a warehouse job by Cynthia a office person and told to come in to complete paperwork and orientation. i get there and see two women. the front desk women caucasion name Mandy refuses to speak. Cynthia hispanic spoke and greeted me. i signed in. and waited. i noticed Mandy talking to african american applicants and sending each one on there way and holding there applications but cynthia was sending african americans to work. once i was called by cynthia and interviewed i was hired and sent to watch a orientation video. and take test. i passed all test and my ID and SSN CARD was copied and i was scheduled to go to a beer warehouse. Cynthia took a important phone call and ask mandy to finish my application and schedule, instead of following orders Mandy Johnson than proceeds to re-interview me and ask dumb questions about past jobs on resume,

I then answered questions. she then ask why dont i like dish washer. i respond im a 34 year old man and thats not acceptable work i need a real job. she then accuses me of speaking bad about my past employers, and says she use to work/serve in the restaurant field at similar locations i worked. and she refuse to proceed with my apployment after i just spent nearly 2 HOURS filling out papers, taking test. 

The truth: white servers dont like black dish washers, they prefer mexicans workers and i knew instantly she was being racially biased as i watched her send previous black male applicants up the road claiming she would hold there so called applications and call them if needed.  im a grown man and at 34 i cant even walk into a staffing agency and apply for a position i was promised they had all over saying i dont want to wash dishes the rest of my life. thats not a bad statement. those are facts. the restaurant industry is dead end unless your a manager. i want to move ahead before i get to old. 

Any way. i complained to ashley the Manager and she was no help and knew mandy screwed up and cover for her. if my so called answers were bad why did Cynthia hire me and send me for orientation? and get my ID CARD and give me a payroll card? under the law i was legally hired and fired in same day, and thats a EEOC VIOLATION because Mandy prejudged me on the basis of race and tossed my application. she cant do that. i came in clean cut. shirt in my pants with a belt on. if i was offered a job, unless something was flase on a application which is was not they cant do this. and they wonder why black males want to do hard to every caucasion they see. demons like this. 

they cant claim my interview was bad. i interviewed with Laura in 2015 for SAME EXACT JOB AND WAS OFFERED JOB, but was busy working at a busy restaurant and i told her i would come back next year in 2016 and give it a try. laura was also nice to me last year.  i go to many interviews and not ONE WHITE PERSON HAS A PROBLEM with a 34 year old black man that doesnt want to wash dishes!!!! NOT ONE!!! even my current positions i work all agree with me at 34 i need a real mans job!!! so there Pro Logistix MANDY WAS PREJUDICE and you are wrong so dont tell me i didnt answer right on interview. i went to a sarasota contruction staffing agency with same statements and goals to get out of kitchen and these were white people and they could care less!!!  i also did interviews other places and by phone and same thing, normal headed people agree a man at 34 should work a real job. Mandy looked at me as IM A BOY THAT SHOULD STAY IN THE KITCHEN LOOK. and she needs to be fired!!

I notified EEOC and filed a charge in March 10th 2016.  they should make this stuff a criminal offense. its a crime to rob people or cheat to get welfare. so make is a crime to not give entry level people basic jobs! 

Her name is Mandy Johnson. if you go to this location. ask to interview with someone else. if you are a client seeking workers. use another staffing agency not pro Loogistix tampa.
