Pro Market Target calls to demand payment for SEO services they claim to have performed for a web site.

Pro Market Target has been relentlessly pursuing one of my clients for the past 6 months beginning in February 2013; now it is July 2013.

They have multiple callers and use the same info on every call. They call often. They may be using a call center/fulfilment center. They are professionally trained to seek payment and they have not yet been rattled by our very blatant uncourteous responses and personal attacks on the callers (read: loud and nasty).

They request the client "to work out" a payment plan or to pay for services right on the phone call.

They always claim a very specific certain person ordered the services and used a credit card with that person's name on it to order the services. When they call, they always ask for that same specific person. However, Pro Market Target has been naming a person that is in no way related to the web site or owner of my client's company. Nor, will Pro Market Target ever give any infomation about the credit card supposedly used including the last 4 digits or security code.

My client has never received any snail mail from Pro Market Target or any other hard copy invoice, collection notice, etc.

Pro Market Target has never been able to detail any specific services other than stating "SEO services". They have not been able to provide any information like it was on-page or off-page, backlinking, or anything related to real SEO consulting services.

How do I know that Pro Market Target is a Total Scam? Because I am the builder, owner, controller, and professional SEO consultant that built the client site, manage the client site, and actually perform all on & off site SEO personally (me, myself, and I).

I can say that absolutely no out-sourcing of any type has ever been used for this particular client site; never, ever, or will be. (I can also say it ranks really well for a local market).

I have personally reported Pro Market Target to our local Police Department, State FBI offices, State Attorney General's office, BBB, and here at Ripoffreport. As you can imaging, no one else seems to give a rip unless my client actuall pays for services to Pro Market Target debt collection scam.

Here is another interesting note: Their web site contact information states they are in South Carolina. However, they have also called from area code 305 which is Florida (Miami area). So, if you want a 'supervisor number, try3056471608. And, if you ask pro market target callers for their supervisor's name and number, they will ussually give you a name and another '800' number but can not or will not transfer you to that supervisor.

Maybe, just maybe, other people will search for pro market target scams and find out they really are a scam.

I welcome any comments and will respond to real questions.
