o Whom it May Concern: We were giving a binding, non-changeable moving quote on March 6th. We told the guy who took our order that we live in a 1,300 square foot abode and always used a 26-foot moving truck, he put down about 1/3 the amount - unbeknownst to us as it was listed in cubic feet. Due to his error we told we’re by Quality Assurance yesterday that the cost would now be over over $9000, almost $6000 more than we were quoted. The quality assurance person berated and was very demeaning and insulting to my wife to where she was in tears and inconsolable - more on this below.

If they record all calls, they should promptly fire this person. My wife then spoke with someone who purported to be the manager in charge who said he would work with us and that he also said he’d call my wife at 7:00 am today - please note: he NEVER called nor did he return our calls/emails either. Then when the movers arrived today they tried altering the price after my wife said she talked with "The Manager” and he was working with us - more on this below too. We never told the movers not to load our stuff and in face they called their boss who relayed to my wife to expect a call from you.

My wife had to call this company back 4 times to be connected with a representative and just before being connected, the movers notified us they were leaving; and they left. I am due in another state for work on Monday, I will not be there now. Moreover, under the law, pricing cannot be changed because nothing superseded the original quote in writing. When my wife spoke with the "Manager” he said to call when the movers arrived and to see how much would be able to get on their truck to see the total cubic feet and he would help with the discount and pricing.

He also said he would take care of it and not stress out! Which he didn’t do. The manager also asked what we could afford and as my wife relayed to him, an amount. The quality assurance personwho berated, insulted and was demeaning toward my wife which sent her into a full on panic attack by constantly pressuring her to sign the agreement and that we had to go back to the original quote and leave behind anything that was outside the cubic feet. Moreover, when she told him she was not comfortable signing anything that said she had to give up her stuff, and that she felt he was harassing her to do so. Then He said: "Anyone in the real world would know that this is not harassment.” Then she said, "so, what is it you’re implying sir? Are you telling me I’m not in the real world now?”

He replied, "I don’t know what world you live in.” My wife has never been spoken to in this manner, ever . She even reported this to The Manager who did not comment on the way she was treated.
