Pro Park America - Vincent Lipscombe Refusal to pay for damage to car, rude and insulting service ripoff Hartford Connecticut
My rental car was valet parked at one of Pro Park's garages in San Francisco in March 2006. It was very slighty damaged and I reported it to the garage and the rental company. I was assured by the garage that this would be taken care of as they were the responsible party. In January 2007 I received a letter from my rental car company saying that efforts to obtain paymennts had been unsuccessful and that they would have to charge me.
I contacted the rental company and the claims rep from Pro Park and tried to iron out the problems. During my discussions with the rental company I discovered that the claims rep from Pro Park had verbal abused and conducted business in an extremly unprofessional manner and accused the rental company of being crooks.
The matter remains unresolved but I would suggest that if yopu park/valet a car in the US that you ask if Pro Park is involved. They are an unprofessional and I would suggest the crooked company. For my part the hotle that I stay in and Pro Park has lost my company's business which amounted to about $200,000 dollars year.
Well done PPro Park another splendid example of how to do business!

After 12 months it was resolved but what an idiotic stance this company's claims manager took. He has now lost his company thousands of dollars of business over $30. Well done that is good business!!
