Complaint Review: Pro Park Parking

I reside at the Hollander, downtown hartford ct.  We face a weekly problem
where the attendant gives the residents our  paid parking places to bar patrons.
He blocks off the entrance so you cannot park, or even enter the lot.
We have appropriate flags showing we are paid tenants.

I went across to another Pro Park and was denied and told my ticket
was out of date.  I am ill, and it was late and pouring down rain.

I finally got a place and had to walk to my own building.

These attendants accept tips so bar patrons can get a space and we are
left out in the cold, even though we are paid in full tenants.

They blame the Company, and say they have to give our spaces to the
bar patrons.  I was threatened to have my car towed!

I have even been put in a handi-capped space belonging to the Holiday Inn.

Pro Park needs to clean house and we need to sue Pro Park.
