I ordered 3 nameplates from ProPatch USA and 2 to Go Directly on a Few VTG Game Used Jerseys in my Private Collection on 1/8/2020.  I was cautious about sending my items in but he seemed so prpofessional.  Kevin at Pro Patches insisted I had to pay up front in order to get an order number so I could send the Jerseys into their Office.

He indicated they need to get the order ready so they are put together as soon as the Jerseys arrive. He said I would have them back in 2 weeks!  I needed them for an Event and because of the lack of response and unprofessionalism I could bnot get them to return any of my voicemails or Emails.  It is now 2 Months later and on February 18, 2020 I finally got a reply to one of my 10 emails that stated my Jerseys were with the seamstress and would be shipping in a few days.

That was 3 weeks ago and  I have not recieved anything from them. They don't answer the phone & he wont return the numerous emails I ahve sent trying to resolve this.. The Better Business Bureau is filled with Complaint after Complaint about this Company and Kevin! They use the same excuse about Seamstress on many of the Complaints... To Date I am out $185.00 and 2 Jerseys and 3 Nameplates!!!  I am really updet and the items are irreplaceable.
