The one man Company, Pro Restoration Co (Hic# PA115587) and owner Ace Serrano is a big Scam. We signed a 3 and half months Basement Remodel + Walkout Entrance Contract. After 11 months, work is not halfway done because Ace Serrano is unqualified, hardly shows up for work, unprofessional, City Inspector would not pass his work. Unfortunately, I fell into his Scam and paid him ahead of schedule and now struggling through PA Attorney General and the Courts to get a refund if at all to complete work and damages to my property.Because of no good references online, he lied that he has word of mouth credible reference, ALL lies.This Scam would cook phone references with friends to say what customers need to hear.
