Pro Safe Security Unauthorized use of checking accoutn Unknown Internetunknown
I noticed an amount of money debited to my checking account and printed out the number of the check and did not recognize the name of the company. I called the 800 number and finally got a real person on a Saturday. She told me to go to the web site and go to the refund box and be sure to include my address so they know where to mail the check. It has been three weeks and I still have not received my check. Their check that I printed out hwas not my regular check but the amount was 329.00. I did ask her how ths could happen and she stated it was probably their promotional from last yesr. I have since tried to call and only get a voice mail where I have left messages and no one has caled me back. I cannot get the web site back.
