It's ashamne such companies can get away with advertising on TV a product they will fail to deliver. Such is the case with Pro-Seal. If you do business with them you will lose your money just as I lost $27.90.

I ordered their Pro-Seal Kit on May 5, 2006 and have yet to receive anything. I have made dozens of phone calls to their number only to receive the same response each and every time. Upon answering their line it seems your line has gone dead, but it is just silence on their part. Eventually a voice will appear with a message which goes something like this:

"Due to high customer demand for our products all of our phone lines are busy. For a quicker response you may email us at ....."
If you elect to hold onto the line you will be hung-up on after about 15 minutes.
