Pro Seal Rip-off, bank account charged twice, 7 months, and never recieved Internet Nationwide

I placed order in March for this product. In June my account was finally charged so I thought I'd receive it any day. Then in July my account was charged again.

When my account was charged in July I called the CS # and demanded refund on both charges--of course I was told no problem. But I was also told there were no confirmation numbers they could give me..

2 weeks later I called again, and this time the woman I talked to told me there was a refund issued (before I even told her why I was calling), and it would appear in my account by the next statement cycle.

In August--3-4 more weeks gone by, I went back to the website for the customer service # and it no longer showed on the website--only had ordering info, no contact information!!

So I checked my phone records, and found the # I had called. Now the # was a recording stating the new # to call. And no matter how many times I called the new #, or what time of day, I was always on hold for 15-20 minutes, then the call would cut off.

Now I've had to cut my losses of $121 and change, with no further way to contact the company!!!

Stay away from Pro-Seal!!
