Complaint Review: Pro Seal

Ordered product from them in march of 2006. Called several times before they shipped out to cancel the order. Said they didn't see an order. Then follow 2 days on the 2nd of April the money came out of my account. I had spooken with them repeat6ely them stating if i mail it back i would get my money back. tHEY RECIEVED THEIR product back on the 15 of april unopened. I have been told muliply times that the money was going back into my checking account of 55.80. They stated that they were having billing problems. Well it's now Aug 29th. Still no money. Pluss they changed their phone number with no one ever picking up.
