Complaint Review: Pro-Seal

I purchased the Pro-Seal via Internet on 4/18/06, but never received the product (Order # DR-265834).

On 6/19/06 I called the company on their 1-800-716-9658 line. They said they would again ship the order in two days. Nothing has been received.

The phone number is now automated and tells you to call customer service (8667). Customer Service states they are very busy and puts you on hold and eventually disconnects you. This has happened to me time after time.

They also tell you to email them for faster service, but the email fails to deliver.
