Complaint Review: Pro Signs of Orem

I found this company on the internet, spoke to Fernando and he was very speedy on coming out to do an estimate.  I was looking for a new marquee a building banner and two vehicle stickers.  He came back quickly with the estimate and I liked what he proposed.  He required half down and the remaining to be paid in 2 weeks when the install would be done.  That was 30 days ago and I still have no signs.  I have tried contacting Ferendo but only get his voice mail, after several messages and emails I threatend to take him to small claims court and got a phone call the next day.  Fernando told me his install team was out to install but the signs were not the right size.  He said it would take a few more days to fix them, apologized and said he would give me a discount and throw in an extra banner.  Install date was supposed to be today, and once again no returned phone call and no signs.  Small claims court here we come.
