ProACT Solutions, Frank S. Lombardi Unpaid Employees, Bad Checks, Back payroll refusing to be paid Old Bridge New Jersey
Frank Lombardi has been withholding and lying about payroll since February of 2007 to my knowledge. Myself and at least 4-6 other employees between February to present have been denied payroll monies owed, given bad checks, having deductions withheld and never forwarded to the correct agencies (401k, benefits, State Taxes, Federal taxes).
I as an employee was never registered with the state, and the company has not paid any state or federal wage deductions (per contact with numerous state agencies)
Frank Lombardi had initiated Health and Dental benefits for employees, only to be notified of cancellation one month later. Frank Lombardi attempted to pass off a fake coverage for at least 3 months afterwards.
Frank Lombardi does not respond to the state agencies including the Department of Labor, of which there have been at least 5 (that are known) reports filed in less than a year.

No attempts have been made to reconcile back payroll, although 'promises' have been made for months.
Frank Lombardi and his associate Jay have stated that 'paying the employees who are still there is more important than paying back payroll owed to ex-employees'.
