This company HAS VERY BAD customer service. I ordered a product for my pre-teen daughter and she had a terrible skin reaction. I told them that I was going to return the second shipment because it arrived before I could stop the shipment. They said it had to be returned within 60 days or no refund of the automatic charges from my credit card.

Since my work entails traveling and I am always out of town, I called within 60 days OF RECEIPT of the product but according to the representative it is 60 days FROM SHIPMENT DATE. It has been 55 days since I received it and no refund is being given because it was shipped 60 days ago.

This is totally unacceptable and it does promote ripping off the customers because the charges are automatic on the credit card. DO NOT BUY this product if you are not aware of this ridiculous store policy. WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF!
