Proactiv Solutions When ordering their product I was not given a clear and concise disclosure of the shipping schedule and especially COST. $300 for a facial wash? Puleez! And holding my CC hostage, then threatening collections Des Moines, Iowa

I placed my order over the phone with a fast talking, confusing individual with an accent. It seems  clear and concise information regarding their product, shipping, policies, terms and especially COST is not a customer service requirement. 

What I got out of the ordering scenerio was that I was to receive a 30 day supply and be billed as such. It was to be on-going for three months. Welcome to cancel at anytime within 30 days.
 
Instead what I got was a 90-day supply and billing of over $100 per month until the balance of $300 was paid off.  $300 for a face wash???

I was told I could cancel if I returned any of the un-used product. (They sent me one shipment.....I opened it and used it!!!)

Now they are holding my CC hostage, threatening collections for holding payment thru my bank.

What a scam.
