I ordered by phone and specified at the time it was a one time purchase. I wasnt satisfied with the product, but I kept it. Then I was billed on my debit card(before they sent the package) so I called customer service. I explained to take me off autoship & he (Eric) said he would, but as a free gift he would send a trial size of the extra strength.

I was told that it would take a few weeks after sending the second package back to get my refund, that was 6/24/09. Not only have I not gotten my money back, but they have charged my acct again! When I called customer service I was told he misunderstood my request to stop the shipment. How stupid are they? If someone said the product doesnt work and the want to stop the shipment, what is the misunderstanding? You can buy the product from Walmart and not pay shipping!
