Complaint Review: ProAlert Alarm System

i have repeatedly called to get the remote promised to me. always being told by lee, that he will look into it. being told a work order is being done. gee, that was back in july of last year. after repeatly calling i got tired, left a message that i would seek help and i did. we have a call for action where i live, put complant in with the, they in returned called lee, and he refused to talk to the gentleman who called.

i in returned and called the bbb, they gave me the jist of what was going on. if i knew this before being presured into signing a contract, i wouldn't have done the most stupidest thing in my life. now i can't get out of it. i'm not going to let them get away with this crooked a*s company since my money is hard to come by since i'm disabled. i think the attorney general may have something to say since my contract was breached so know it's null and void.
