I contacted Jeremy at ProAudioStar.com about a possible return. Jeremy approved my return because I was in compliance with ProAudioStar's return policy which is as follows: We operate a 30-day return period. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items. Items that are not returned in original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

The item was returned with ALL original packaging and contents. It was delivered today, September 26, and Pro Audio Star gave me a partial refund. Originally they refunded me $1,529.15. I contacted Jeremy immediately to find out why I was not refunded the full amount of $1899.99. I did not get a response, but Pro Audio Star did refund an additional $100. I attempted to contact Jeremy again to find out why I was not receiving a full refund. The item I sent back was opened and repackaged. I can not fathom why Pro Audio Star thinks that I am not in compliance with their return policy that is list on their website! My item was returned in its original/resalable condition!!!

I can not get a response from Jeremy at ProAudioStar.com. I regret doing business through them. It has cost me $270 + $30 to ship the item back. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I should have listen to all the other negative feedback online about ProAudioStar.com and not have purchased through them!! Do NOT make the same mistake as me!!! You will lose money.
