In March of 2009 I was in the market of purchasing a car. I wanted a bmw 5 series, so i began my search on the internet and considered cars all around the united states. When i narrowed my search i had a list of cars in northern california and a list of cars in southern california. I spoke to each and every dealer/owner numerous times before i pursued my purchase. I did the car fax report, i requested 100 point inspections, the whole nine yards. It came down to two cars, one was located in marin and the the other in souther california. i spoke to the car salesman, Ziad, numerous times before i made my decision to get on a plane and fly to so cal. Everything seemed set in stone and i was looking forward to a good purchase. Things turned faulty the minute i stepped off the plane. I was waiting at the airport for 2 hours before finally getting picked up by the salesman. when i arrived to the wharehouse the car was not there, Ziad told me the car was getting the 100 point inspection i requested and the  air conditioning reset, so i waited for another two hours. i felt like something was fishy but i had trust in Ziad since i flew alll the way out there. After another two hours the car finnaly arrived, everything seemed to work except the air conditioning, so he decided that the cost would be $200 to reset and i believed him since he had word from the mechanic. i test drove the car and things seemed okay. I was excited that i was buying this car, thinking everything would work out. I cut the check and was on my way. The first thing that went wrong was the sunroof, on the way home i opened it and it instanstly broke meaning someone ghetto rigged it for one time use to show it worked, the next thing that went wrong was the door stop on the drivers side snapped the thrid time i opened the door so the door would not stay open, meaning someone once again ghetto rigged it for one time use. I thought to myself, "okay cars arent always 100%". I finnaly got the car home and took it to my mechanic and told him that the dealer had a mechanic do a 100 point inspection and everything was good except the ac, which little did i know that the whole ac unit was seized, which cause the fan to burn a hole through the radiator hose and any more driving my car would overheat. The cost to fix my car was $2,000 and Ziad told me that he didnt know that was the problem. The fun ny thing is that he had his mechanic basically fool me into believing it was a quick fix. the other problem i had was the resgistration of the car, i payed for the year when purchasing the car. little did i know that the money went to the previous owners registration that was past due. so i was driving with no reg for two months in which i endured 7 tickets all adding up too $1400. It took Ziad 4 months to finnanly clear up the registration. I am still to this day pating off tickets that i recieved from the faulty car, in which Ziad would not help me pay a single cent. i was so frustrated with the car that i didnt even want to drive it, from march untill november the inside and outside door handles on the passenger door broke off, the sunroof wont open, the steering column rubs medal on medal, and the transmition is shot. If i could give anyone advice it would be to never do buisness with procarbuyers.com. i truly wish i had purchased an m5 with the amount of money i have had to invest in this car. Ziad is a proffesional bullsh*tter, So much disrespect.
