I paid a premium for emergency support, which was supposed to be help from tech support in 15 minutes. I was on an expert depo, and left three messages for request for emergency support. They called back an hour later, after the depo had to be rescheduled and I had to pay the expert witness's $500 fee. And the depo didn't go forward so I lost the income that I would have derived from that.

I was told by a tech support person named John prior to the depo I was to take the following day that my steno machine had enough power to go for approximately four hours. After one hour of depo time, the machine stopped because it had completely run out of power. The depo had to be recessed until another reporter could take over.

I was taken off all future depos in the case because the tech support person lied to me about the capability of the battery.

I made a good faith effort to talk to the owner of the company, Bob Bakva, and he refused to help me.
