Complaint Review: ProCaulk

ProCaulk This company's website added an extra item to my order, plus charges, and I could not reach anyone to get it corrected. They Don't Give Any Address they don't have any address

They added an extra item to my online order and charged me for it, and had no way for me to cancel, nor was there a submit button -- it was a done deal as soon as I gave my credit card info. There is no way to reach a live person on the phone to discuss it. They did not send a receipt or order number via email as most online vendors do. And their website attempts to force or trick you into ordering a whole host of extra items, and it is confusing how to decline.
