Complaint Review: Process At Home

As a single person with pets and not really having much income coming in, I decided to turn to the internet. Process at Home with Angel Stevens looked and sounded that she was credible and I had nothing to lose with her 3-month 100% money-back guarantee. The same day (actually the same fifteen minutes) that I paid into this scam, I asked for a full refund. Sure. A week goes by, and I had no response for the company. Three emails later, they asked me to take more time with the process.

Finally they got the message that I wanted my refund, so they requested me to send them my invoice I received with I purchased the program. I didn't even receive an invoice! A month's worth of demanding emails to this company was apparently sent to their "concerned department," and I was supposed to be notified via email.

After a week, I emailed them to see if my refund request was doing anything. Apparently, nothing! I received the same response the first time, so I'm back to square one with these people and no one is going my money back after two months.
