We hired ProCillo aka NXTCommerce to do a large amount of SEO and marketing for our company.  We had several meetings and everything seemed to be in-line and good to go.  With two weeks before our campaign was to start, I tried to call the agency, and no one answered.  I also sent emails but nothing.  A week before our campaign, our contact finally got back to me.  He said they were contacting the writers and getting everything ready for our campaign.  Basically for the next month they did not do anything.  The only piece they did do, was a blog post that was so bad that we had to rewrite the entire copy.

We finally got a hold of the owner, Chris Smith, who assured us that things would change under his watch.  We scheduled a meeting the following Friday, which he never kept.  After constant emails and calls, I finally got a hold of Chris Smith.  I wanted to cancel our contract with him and he assured we'd get a full refund.  Its been over 2 months now and not only have we not received our money back, but he refuses to answer my phone calls and emails.  

Chris Smith, http://procillo.com and http://www.nxtcommerce.com are scam artists that will take your money and run.  DO NOT conduct business with these companies or Chris Smith.

To whom it may concern,

 

We failed the client in this situation. The statement above is accurate. The client received a level of service that is unaccepatable. As a result we fully refunded the client, no questions asked. We terminated the individual who oversaw the client's account, and have incorporated new client success policies and procedures. We have helped hundereds of clients grow their business. I am truly sorry that we were unable to do so in this situation.
