We hired this company in 2006 to paint our house with the Liquid Siding Product (www.liguidsiding.net). According to this web site the final product is supposed to be about the thickness of a credit card. They applied the product only to the thickness of a piece of paper. Parts of the house and deck are now peeling. We have withheld some money. They will not come out and fix the problem. They want full payment even though they did several thousand dollars of damage. They are calling this a warranty issue and require full payment before doing anything.
I have many pictures of the damages and of the paper thin paint job. I have found this to be true on more than my house too.

I am sorry for Jr's issues. Although I was a salesperson for ProCraft MidAtlantic, INC, I had no control over the application process. When they went out of business in May of 2007, I obtained the distributorship for Liquid Siding in the state of Maryland. I, nor my company, Liquid Siding of Maryland, LLC had any contract with this person, nor did we apply the product to their home. That being said, I am willing to meet with this person and try to resolve thier issues. Decks, and railings are not nor have they ever been warranteed for the Liquid Siding product. However, as I said, I am willing to meet and see what can be done. They may call me at my office and if I am not there, leave a message. 410-737-1426.
