To get a free Kevin Harvick hat, I was required to, and did, purchase $25 or more of any Procter & Gamble products between 7/29/07 and 9/15/07. I sent the required completed certificate; the original cash-register receipt dated between 7/29/07 and 9/15/07 with the Procter & Gamble products circled (as stated on the coupon). My request was postmarked 7/30/07 (within the required dates). I made a copy of paperwork before I mailed the originals, and when I hadn't received the hat, I mailed a second request with copies of required paperwork on 10/9/07. To date (11/13/07) I have not received the hat nor have I received any response to my request.
