I ordered the trial size if I paid shipping. Now when cancelling it they say i have to return it or be charged. I have pulled up the terms and conditons and it says if you are NOT happy there is no need to return it, just cancel and there will be no further billing.
The woman who called me back because when I tried call the phone was constantly busy was so very rude and condescending and was trying to rip me off. So emailed cancellation to them and CC'd it to me and called. Lets see if they get the message this time. Not holding my breath
