Notice to consumers: Do NOT do business with this fraudulent company. You will regret it. Besides FORCING you to lease their machines, you will be lied to by multiple people. 

Throughout the entire process of changing from a previous credit card company, multiple representatives of Prodigy told me to not worry about the cancellation fee from said previous company because Prodigy supposedly covers it. 

So I do exactly what they tell me to do by faxing over my final merchant statement and bank report which shows the money deducted from my business account. "Checks go out Tuesday" I was told. A week passes and I don't get any mail from them. 

I call back the second time and they say they never got the fax. Fine, I'll resend it. Another week goes by and no mail from Prodigy. What a surprise.

Finally I call them for the 3rd time and at first they tell me I didn't send the right forms, even though I sent exactly what they asked for. Then it became an issue of how much the cancellation fee from my previous company was. (Close to $3000). They then tell me they will only be able to reimburse me $450. NOWHERE ON MY CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THEY WILL ONLY PAYOUT $450 for a cancellation fee, not to mention MULTIPLE REPS FOR PRODIGY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME.

Simply put, they are liars and thieves and I'm planning on taking them to court.
