I placed an order with Beachbody.com (by phone) in the beginning of May '03. The man I talked to on the phone assured me it would be here in time for me to give it as a gift.

It was late. I called and cancelled it long before it was delivered. The package was sent back as soon as it did arrive. I called BeachBody right after that and was told that I would be refunded the entire amount including shipping because it was their fault for my not receiving it on time.

When I hadn't heard anything from them, I called again and again and again. Everytime I talked to someone, Tracy, Shirley, Elaine and others I don't remember, I was told more lies. They blatantly lied about delivery times and told me I would not be getting the delivery charges back since their company doesn't do that.

I finally got them to refund $116.36 on 6/26. I checked my bank account online July 3rd and found that I was again charged $43.20 which was not authorized since the account had been cancelled, not to mention that I had received the partial refund.

I called again. After getting very upset, I finally got the girl to understand that this was the 3rd time that they took money from my account and that they had no right taking any money when the account had been cancelled in May and again in June and that I had received a refund on 6/26 already.

She "offered" to put a supervisor on the phone. Needless to say, no supervisor was available and I had to leave a message so one could call me back later.

I was so furious by this time, I had my daughter call back to get this settled. Whoever she talked to told her there was a note right on the account that the shipment should never have left the warehouse. (because it was cancelled)

I had talked to numerous people and not one of them told me about the note on there and they all blatantly lied to me about the delivery dates because their company does not refund shipping charges.
