Ordered slim in 6 and after receiving shipment charges kept appearing on my credit card for money they were taking out. Called to cancel shipment of Vitamins around 5/16 and was told item would not be sent and I would not be charged. Email received 5/23 stating vit. shipment on its way. Emailed them saying I had cancelled future orders and that the video had ALREADY been paid for and I wanted to know what was going on. Was told I didnt cancel in time which I did but I wasnt going to argue about it. Email rec. 5/24 by Jenny Brookes stating shipment had already been sent and I would be charged 60.86 for the 60 day supply of vitamins and 20.29 for the video still owed (meanwhile they had been taking money out of my account the whole time..not only for the vitamins but for the video which had ALREADY been paid for). Vitamins received july 7 and was sent back to them. They rec. return july 14. On July 16 was told by Robert Banks item hadn't been rec. I informed him it was rec. on the 14th as I had del. conf. July 18th told by Robert Banks that item WAS rec. on July 14th and I would rec. refund in two weeks. I emailed them on 6/29 after waiting the two wk. period and still no refund. I received an email back saying it would be longer than a day to return a reply since they were busy. I was not only OVERCHARGED for the video which had been prev. paid for but was sent vitamins and charged WITHOUT my consent!

Resolution Sought: I want to be fully reimbursed the 81.15 as soon as possible. I am tired of being taken advantage of by this company. I have tried to settle this as calmly as possible but to no avail. They are not only taking away from me but from my family. I ordered from this company but item was shipped from warehouse in Ohio and was told to send back to warehouse in ohio for refund. I don't care which one is responsible but I want my refund since its the same company

Yes I am real employee, and I have helped so many people already here that have emailed me for help. Its up to you if you want to email me or not, I do not ask for any credit card information to "scam" you with. We would be out of business if we were scammers! My name is Pierre and after reading everyone's complaints about our company I have personally set out to try and help solve the problems some of you all seem to be having. I will only have access to this email account, so please I express patience if I have not responded in 24 hours. This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness.
