Anything posted by anyone associated with Raj B. Lonsane can be taken as a bold faced lie. He has been reported many times since the original postings here about his back stabbing ways and the way he robs workers, clients and even his own Co CEO.

He now got together with this creep and some other low life characters posted on this site already under separate cover to initiate a lawsuit so they can hide the garbage they all are.

After many years of work on a great but unfortunately under-funded platform we decided to part ways with the Indian company we independently represented. Partly because of abusive clients such as this degenerate Sudeep (Steve) Arya who asked and demanded work that they did not pay for we had more money issues. The leadership in India was not good at business in general so they allowed low lifes like this Arya crook to get over. They also made in their pants at the threat of lawsuits. One client also reported here promised a $150,000 contract to pay in kind for a site done for them and they lied and failed to do that. This Arya was presented with every piece of work and changes he ordered and then he said we made it all up and refused to pay. He went on to Yahoo! Store Forum to lie some more and got other clowns there to complain that my firm was calling them to get business -- and how stupid I was for calling to get business! So this mama's boy here who apparently is a spoiled brat who will not shut up EVER now posts this BS on this site to cover the fact that he knows is is a degenerate liar and a thief. Sudeep you don't always win you jerk, in fact what goes around comes around and soon you will get yours. I owned a collection agency for decades and still do. I was quoted in some of the top papers in the country for my excellent and innovative work with law firm clients. I would give ProductWizard a jeer, or at best a neutral. Details below for the bored, but summary is that while emails may be prompt, instructions were ignored, and incorrect information given on stock levels and shipping times, both in reply to queries and on the web site itself. This is probably due to the fact that at least for my order, ProductWizard was just taking orders and leaving fulfillment to third parties such as Kroll International.

- Ordered KL1, E1E, X5t, and F05 on 11/12
- Received call and email on 11/13 indicating E1E backordered, requesting instructions
- Replied via email 11/13. No response.
- Called (to toll number) 11/14, requested cancellation of E1E part of order, confirmed other items in stock.
- Received email 11/15 indicating all items backordered 1-2 weeks.
- Sent email 11/18 questioning this
- Received personal reply 11/19 indicating all items were to be shipped that day
- Received call from Kroll International asking about the PO, they said they had a hard time reading the fax. I confirmed KL1 and F05 order and cancellation of E1E
- On same day, received automated reply indicating KL1 backordered, estimated ship 2-3 days
- Received X5 and F05. Packing slip indicated KL1 backordered one or more weeks.

I would give ProductWizard a jeer, or at best a neutral. Details below for the bored, but summary is that while emails may be prompt, instructions were ignored, and incorrect information given on stock levels and shipping times, both in reply to queries and on the web site itself. This is probably due to the fact that at least for my order, ProductWizard was just taking orders and leaving fulfillment to third parties such as Kroll International.

- Ordered KL1, E1E, X5t, and F05 on 11/12
- Received call and email on 11/13 indicating E1E backordered, requesting instructions
- Replied via email 11/13. No response.
- Called (to toll number) 11/14, requested cancellation of E1E part of order, confirmed other items in stock.
- Received email 11/15 indicating all items backordered 1-2 weeks.
- Sent email 11/18 questioning this
- Received personal reply 11/19 indicating all items were to be shipped that day
- Received call from Kroll International asking about the PO, they said they had a hard time reading the fax. I confirmed KL1 and F05 order and cancellation of E1E
- On same day, received automated reply indicating KL1 backordered, estimated ship 2-3 days
- Received X5 and F05. Packing slip indicated KL1 backordered one or more weeks.

Some of your requests are valid and others are not. On a Site that is totally dynamic you cannot cover the entire screen. We agreed to give you a watermark of your brand. That is the best that can be done with that MINOR issue.

Now unless you continue with the agreement we had and check out the product, we will not allow you to act in a childish and irresponsible manner.

This matter will go to our attorneys for immediate suit.

It is up to you, either come back to the table and act in a civilized, businesslike manner or suffer the consequences. We are working with public companies and they are excited about our work. One of them is in 172 countries. Your behavior is unacceptable, and we will not tolerate it.

Here is a list I originally forwarded you two days ago. I am a little disturbed by you wanting to bill me for something that is far from complete and also we have not discussed any guarantee of up time, store hosting, etc..

Some issues include

I honestly DO NOT LIKE the front page and find it not very attractive [Richard] THIS IS A BOLD FACED LIE, YOU APPROVED ALL THE DESIGNS STEP BY STEP AND TOLD ME THAT YOU LIKED IT TWO DAYS BEFORE THIS MAIL YOU ALSO INDICATED A FRIEND OF YOURS WOULD WANT TO BUY A STORE.

The graphic resolution is very weak especially when you enlarge the image [Richard] THE IMAGES ARE YOURS SO PUT UP BETTER ONES.

There are many others but at this time do not move forward I am not sure if I want to go with you guys just because of the fact of our discussion of billing this morning. I complained to the supervisor of this seedy charecter and I will post the email below. However keep in mind this person built a website without our authorization and then tried to push it upon use. Kepp in mind I have been in business for many years and this guy just would threaten me and my emplyees all day long. He is a person who looks for the buck and tries to rip off small businesses by throwing lawyers at you. I spent alot of money to get rid of him and am in the process of suing his company if this is not taken care of, however I may still sue him for false defamation and all out lying. This is an email from his superior and I am posting it here as pure proof of what kind of distances this child will go to in order to lie about his point.

This is a history of the emails sent starting from Sept 20th and the response I made to Richard the day I discovered his post on this site.

Futher please keep in mind I am a father of two kids who are my heart and soul I am a small business owner who loves his customer and I have a family to make proud.

We sincerely and profusely regret the inconveniences caused.

Please consider this email a sincere apology from our side. All this stupidity will cease with immediate effect.

We understand that we had spoken to you some months earlier regarding the DynaShoppe and as you were not interested, we had respected your decision and had instructed our marketing department to close the matter.

We dont understand how this has cropped up now and have taken the necessary steps to ensure that doesnt happen again.
