Complaint Review: Products Unlimited Furniture

I ordered a dining room set from this company. The delivery company (Roadway) attempted to deliver it to me twice (after waiting 8-10 weeks) even though every single piece was heavily damaged or destroyed.

This is obviously Roadway's fault. However, after Products Unlimited failed to respond to my calls and the one person supposedly helping me took a vacation for a week, I told them I wanted my money refunded. They refused to refund my money and I have no furniture.

In other words, as of right now, they have stolen $3400 of my money. Daniel Barrett at Products Unlimited is incompetent and inefficient and cares nothing about customer service.
