ProductTestPanel.com ripoff Internet
On 8-13-04 I was promised a free Dell Inspiron 1000 notebook if I completed two offers listed. I did purchase items from two different participants.
The purchases were from PetCareRx and InkBlvd. I have received all items purchased, but have not receive any additional information as to when my Dell Inspiron 1000 notebook wll be receive.
If this is not a legitimate company, please help get them prosecuted for frauding information. Thank You.
