Professional Claims Bureau, Inc.Consumer Credit & (HIPAA) law Debt Collectors took unfair advantage of any vulnerability, disability or other similar circumstance affecting me Hicksville New York
Professional Claims Bureau, Inc., Debt Collectors contacted my insurance company claiming to be Long Island Jewish Medical Center and obtained all my medical records information including, but not limited to, information such as name, address, five-digit zip code, and Social Security, disclosures for treatment and payment of benefits.
After they took unfair advantage of any vulnerability, disability or other similar circumstance affecting me, demanded I pay the insurance bill instead. They then stated that Long Island Jewish Medical Center would send my bill to a more compelling agency if I didn't pay them. Although, my bill was not filed timely with the insurance carrier and Long Island Jewish Medical Center contract prohibited full payment of $18,075.83 instead of the payment made of a $50 co-pay, Professional Claims Bureau, Inc., continued to harass or hassle me to an unreasonable extent. Also, pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) law and regulations, unlawfully obtained physical or mental health or condition of an individual.
