Complaint Review: Professional Credit Service

I like most people have old medical bills that I have been struggling to pay. I was making payments to the hospital to which I originally owed the money to. However my payments did not satisfy them so they turned me into PCS Professional Credit Service. 

I called PCS and spoke to a very rude woman about making payment arrangements with them, she stated that their minimum amount they were willing to accept was $25.00. I stated since I am only making minimum I could make the monthly $25.00 payments. I made these payments for over 4 months when out of the blue I received a letter from small claims court stating there was a judgement issued on me. However I never was served to appear therefore was unable to defined myself. 

You make payment arrangements with them but they are not good enough they want all the money or none at all, very unwilling to work with you on anything. Take you to court without any communication they should not be allowed to operate this way! 

I made several attempts to contact them to see if we could come to an understanding however all the phone numbers are no longer in service, they are a scam! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
