This company has complaints listed against them with the BBB of the Southland in California and with the Texas AG.

They keep the first three months payments and an additional start-up fee. This is disproportionate to the service provided and detrimental to a client whose objective is to repay their creditors, not get into further debt.

We couldn't afford payments after the third month so I asked for our money back which Harry Hsu has refused to do. I have been attempting to get our refund now for 22 months.

Professional Debt Resolution has several satellite offices in California, at least one in Texas, and did have one in Iowa.

I have filed complaints with both county and state government offices.

If anyone duped by Professional Debt Resolutions would contact the CA AG perhaps this would instigate a class action lawsuit against Professional Debt Resolutions LLC.

PDR solicited by email. Once enrolled in the program it is difficult to reach a PDR representative.

If any one is interested in banding together and taking Professional Debt Resolution and Harry Hsu, the President of that company to small claims court, please respond to this and plans can made.

Thank you so much for this report. This same story happened to me 3 years ago. I tried to forget about it but I see that it's happening to others. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general in california.
