PRS is a very unorganized, full of lies and a non payment company. They expect you to go out on service call same day, preform the work at extremely low rates and they never pay you. Every time i would call in to find out when and where my payment was I would get a different answer, they have a new controller, our owner is contacting the companies to get payment, the person you want to talk to is on six weeks leave(kicker is she called me the next day). I mailed a certified letter to the owners of the company and requested the signature card mailed back to me which i did get back some one signed it from the company. I was told they never got it, it was thrown away and that i never mailed anything to them.

I have contacted the company they are doing work for and ten minutes after i did that PRS called me and yelled at me for contacting their client and letting them know about non payment, I did get partial payment two weeks after i did this and will be going back to their client with the rip off reports, invoices and past due notices and see if i get the final payment. I am also trying to find out is there is a way to ban them from doing work in the state of Nebraska. I would hate to see other contractors have to go through all of this.

My advise to anyone thinking of doing work with them is to NOT do business with them!
