Professional Retail Services, Inc PRS New Vendors beware..PRS takes 7months to pay with a new excuse everytime you call for payment Medford, New York


All future vendors beware.. PRS- Professional Retail Services, is far from being any sort of Professional Service....They call you requesting maintenance service on certain retail establishments. They chew your normal and customary fees down, we agree because the economy is slow, and we hope there will be future work. We take care of their customers promptly, take care of the emergency, and wait, and wait, and wait for payment.  They make you sign a contract that states 45days payment.  Then when you call after 60 days for payment their first response is, " they are a little behind in the check writing department"  The next phone call  you make requesting payment they say call back in a couple of weeks.  You call back and then the response is we will definately cut you a check....in 6weeks....The latest answer from them is they have hired a new check writer and accountant, and in 2 weeks I should call back and they will have an answer for me.....To add fuel to the fire, they flat out refuse to pay your finance charges for late payments, because that is not in their contract... Really, well is there an attorney out there that would like to file a class action lawsuit against these people?? Call me I am in....... What a waste, and they are probably charging their client triple... While the little guy who took care of business in the first place is waiting 7months for payments... CRAZY!!!!
