My employer, PSSA, did not pay my salary from June to December of 2004. No matter what I did to collect from Alex Vista, President, it was of no success. Yesterday, he said that he will deposit $1000 to my bank account but i found out from online banking that no deposit was made. My case is very difficult because he holds my h1b visa and the company sponsored me to get a green card.

I am buried with debts, and will be sued by Amex card, and many more. If he paid me my salary, I could have paid all my credit card debts and this will not happen. The original computation amounted somewhere $20,000 but he said that i only have $7,000 collectible. But the thing is if he paid my salary on time, i would have not been charged with so many interests.

Like for example with american express, i had a settlement with them and the last payment was last month, march 15, for $500. then i failed to pay, they said i have to pay them $1,800 or get sued. my mortgage is 2 months in arrears now, i am facing foreclosure, and my car will be repossed if i do not pay by end of month. I have contacted many lawyers before but they said that i risk of losing a sponsor therefore may be deported. Well, now i do not really care because i am buried with debts. And this man continues doing business and i have a feeling that i am not the only victim. he owns a building and several properties in California. I told him that if he has difficulties, he should refinance or get financial assistance rather than using our salary. Please help me collect from him. My need is very urgent. Thanks.

Hi Maria,

"Kumusta na?" I've heard so many fishy things about this company. You can contact the U.S. Department of Labor and USCIS to report these unlawful doings.

Do a search for the Labor Board in your area (Pennsylvania). If they can't help you, they can send you to the correct Government agency. I suggest you do this ASAP. Good luck.

ALEX VISTA PROMISED TO PAY BUT STILL DID NOT PAY

I sent him this rip off report so he can air his side. He said he is working with his accountant to come up with the total amount due, and he will send me the money as soon as possible. I called him 100 times a day since then and faxed him collection messages for him to send me even $1,000 before end of the month to pay my car payment and citi financial, who already sent me a letter that they will sue me this Friday. But my calling him and faxing him, he got pissed off and he said he will not pay me at all. He challenged me that he will 'play' this game. To him, this is just a game but to me, it's life and death. I have a heart condition, and i told him that if i die because of this, i make sure that he will not hurt anyone else.
I do not know if calling FBI will solve this (besides,I don't know how to contact them) I only need my salary so I can pay my debts. Please help me collect from this man.

This b*****d belongs in jail. A phone call or two will place him there. We have laws against slavery in this country. Be careful Maria. Right now it is only money he is stealing from you. Power trippers like this often want much more.

Take care of yourself girl. This guy is scum.

Sponsorship Should Not Entitle Them To Hold Your Pay!

#6Consumer Suggestion

Wed, April 13, 2005

This company may hold your work visa and may have sponsored you, but it does not give them the right to not pay you! Contact the labor board in the state where you are employed and advise them of the problem. If they cannot help you directly, they can get you to the correct agency. Good luck.
