Professional Teleservices ripoff fraudulent billing checking account, I am truly praying that this company goes down and owns up to all the people they have ripped off. Clearwater Florida
My husband and I recieved a postcard thanking us for our service; a long distance phone service in which we never applied. I checked it out and sure enough, our service provider is still Sprint and had never changed. It also stated that a pre-authorized draft in the amount of $138.85 was to be taken from our account. We called the number listed at the bottom of the card all afternoon and all night long... thinking to be holding for the "next available" representative.
It became clear that something was going on and that we needed to get to the bottom of it, and fast.
I called the bank right away, ABNB Federal Credit Union. They told me that since the draft was not showing up on our account that there was nothing they could do.
The draft cleared the following day. I was furious when I found out, while checking my account online. I called the bank once more and they said I should come in and file a fraud report.
I am in distraught that something like this could happen without one's knowledge. I am truly praying that this company goes down and owns up to all the people they have ripped off.
