Profiles Investigations Owner: Craig Brazeman Not pay their bill Internet
Craig Brazeman owner of Profiles Investigations contacted our detective agency in Southern CA in February 2000 to perform a locate & subpoena service for his client in GA. We completed the assignment and mailed him back a signed declaration for the proof of service. He was billed $75. for our services but the invoice remains outstanding. In the past when Mr. Brazeman has been contacted he states the check will go out within the week but it never does. He now refuses to return our phone calls. I hope other P.I.'s or customers reconsider using his services will opt for someone more reputable.

Recent communications with the author of the related complaint/allegation have revealed that the initial retainer was in fact immediately paid by Profiles. However, after the job was completed (in 2000) an additional invoice was provided. This invoice made reference to work performed over and beyond what was covered by the retainer paid, but yet (seemingly) necessary. Profiles and the author of the related complaint/allegation have since come to an agreement which will satisfy both sides. And, the author has agreed to remove any and all related complaints/allegations after he has been made whole.

Profiles Investigations is a full-service investigations firm which has served process of legal documents throughout this country for over 17 years. When necessary, Profiles utilizes local and contract Process Servers in areas where proceedure and process dictates. As for paying our bills, Profiles does everything possible to keep relations with contractors who complete tasks (in a professional manner) for which they were hired.
As for Gregg's allegation, Profiles is unaware of the outstanding balance, and a bit surprised that Gregg would reference an Invoice from 2000 (10 years prior to Gregg's complaint). Should Gregg validate the work performed, Profiles would immediately pay the $75.00 referenced. Again, Profiles makes it a point to satisfy all contract Process Servers as continued relationships are important to ensure that future assignments are handled quickly, and usually by a Process Server we have worked with (with good results) in the past.
