I ordered flowers online through Proflowers. The billing through out the order stated a 19.99 charge. At no time were additional delivery fees mentioned, taxes, and care and handling fees. The total came to 52.46. More than 2.5 times the amount I agreed to pay. There was no running total, no additional fees mentioned ever. When I realized what they had done I had to create an account to go back and attempt to cancel my oder.

On the final order page (after the bill was paid) was a message stating that due to high volume orders could not be cancelled after May 4th if the order was placed between May 7th and May 12th. This is a rip-off! I called the company and was told by a guy named Cory that they would cancel my order and they were surprised there hadnt been a running total. Yeah right. I printed every page of the order as it was filled out. Now I have to go to the bank and file a dispute to stop the charge. Again this is a ripoff company. Do Not Use!.
