Proflowers.com So called promo is bloated to nearly double advertised price Internet

Firstly- they claim a special promo by entering a code like "hannity", "science", etc- the media they advertise on. This is a lie. Open the page directly, right click on the tab, "duplicate tab" then enter one of these special codes on the new tab... absolutely nothing changes between the regular page and the promo version. Many of the "original prices" are different- but the end result is the same.

Secondly- and this is what prompted me to report them- In 4 clicks, my $39 order became $63! Not only do they have the typical, seriously bloated shipping charges ($10) but on top of that they charged me $8 to "guarantee delivery by Valentines day" Excuse me? The order was placed on Feb 2. Can't handle it with a 2 week advance notice? That- by the way was NOT disclosed in advance. They eventually displayed it in micro print- off to the side as you click confirm order. Then on top of that- another $3 for care & handling (same half-assed disclosure)... ?!?! I'm at a loss on that one...

I called immediately- gave them several opportunities to waive their stupid fees (not shipping- the guarantee & care fees) They refused. They say they have canceled the order- but I do not have a written confirmation of that as of this report..
