I want to see where on your website it says "arrive in bud form ready to bloom". That is such crap, I will never shop here again

RE: Give me a break

We strive to provide only the freshest flowers, and make sure that full descriptions of our products and services are available on our website.  Our flowers are obtained directly from the growers, hand packed, and shipped overnight, arriving in bud form.  We understand that our method isn't preferable to everyone; however it allows us to ship fresh, high quality flowers, and guarantee them for a full seven days.  Flowers are a perishable product, and we know that sometimes this will happen to them, which is why we offer our satisfaction and Seven Day Freshness guarantees and stand by them for the small fraction of our customers who experience issues.  This morning on Twitter, a woman posted a picture of her bouquet that was delivered on Valentine's Day and was still in bloom and beautiful almost eleven days later.   But any customer's bad experience is a 100% failure rate for them, and we will make it right.  -Steve

Look at the picture you provide on your web site. Look at the item you delivered. If you can't provide the item you show in the picture  you shouldn't sell it. People don't know that you will get a box that will end up looking like the consumers photo. Look at your whole web site. How many of those photos are delivered to the customer the way you have them on the web site. Yes, you are a rip off and consumers should see the real item that is delivered. I applaud the person who purchased the item for taking the time to photograph it and let us all see what you sent out.

We apologize for your bad experience

We apologize for your bad experience; that isn't typical of our service.  As state on our website, our flowers are obtained directly from the growers, hand packed, and shipped overnight, and arrive in bud form ready to bloom.  This allows us to provide high quality flowers that last for our full Seven Day Freshness Guarantee.  Your bouquet contains tulips and irises.  Tulips are a heavy bloomed flower with a flexible stem and may droop slightly.  Once they are back in water they should perk up.  The irises often arrive still in a tight bullet form.  After 1-2 days they will have bloomed fully and will be beautiful.  If this isn't the case, please contact our customer service center (800-776-3569) and they'll make it right for you.  However, we still offer our satisfaction guarantee, so if the flowers are indeed wilted, or what we sent does not meet your expectations, please call as well.

If you don't feel like your order isn't being resolved to your satisfaction, you can give me a call.  I can be reached at 866-526-9426.  -Steve
