On May 6, 2016 my partner ordered a bouquet of flowers from ProFlowers.com in answer to their ad on the home page of Yahoo.  The arrangemnt was priced at $19.99.  She went through the entire process of ordering and not untill the order was actually completed were additional charges shown.  The delivery charge was $3.00 more than advertised, Guaranteed delivery was $14.99, handling was $2.99.  Sales tax, because it was sent to a taxable state was $4.84 (this was acceptable).  The total of $55.80 was charged to her credit card, more than two and a half times the cost advertised.

We contacted the company and talked with someone in a foreign land and after some clarification, the man agreed to cancel the order and would send an email in confirmation.  We have yet to receive that email.

We also contacted her credit card company to alert them to this mess.  They said that they would watch for this charge.

My name will not appear on the order because she made the purchase and wanted me to take care of this report.
She also reported this to the FTC.
