Complaint Review: ProFormance Food

Pro-Formance Foods, under the direction of bodybuilder Brad Rowe, operated this business illegally. Before he obtained the offical, legal capacity to operate as a business and earn profits, he operated his business in his unsanitary kitchen enviroment in his own home. The State of California should do an audit of his books and initiate legal action for operating as a corporation before he had any legal right to do so. Even when he did find a professional kitchen to cook in, there were some instances when the kitchen was not available and he had to cook back in his kitchen in his home. That is extremely unsanitary for any business. He should not earn any profits for misleaing the State of California and hiding his income from the taxing authorities.
